Richard O’Brien’s “The Rocky Horror Show” Returns to the Roxy Regional Theatre for the Eighth Year, October 25th – November 2nd

Clarskville's Roxy Regional TheatreClarksville, TN – Dig out your fishnet stockings and sharpen your stilettos! That sweet transvestite and his motley crew are back for the eighth year in an annual tradition at the Roxy Regional Theatre on the corner of Franklin Street and First Street in Historic Downtown Clarksville.

Richard O’Brien’s cult classic “The Rocky Horror Show” returns to the Roxy Regional Theatre for a limited engagement on Friday, October 25th, at 8:00pm. In keeping with the theatre’s traditional pay-what-you-can opening night, all tickets not pre-sold at the regular ticket price will go on sale at 7:30pm that evening for a $5.00 minimum donation.

APSU to debut Trebuchet at Clarksville BBQ Bash

Austin Peay State University - APSUClarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University (APSU) will haul its medieval siege machine to the Clarksville BBQ Bash on October 19th, 2019 to hurl pumpkins hundreds of feet.

Bryan Gaither – lab manager for the APSU Department of Physics, Engineering and Astronomy – has been working on the machine, called a trebuchet, for several weeks.

Gateway Chamber OrchestraClarksville, TN – Gateway Chamber Orchestra will host Transfigured Night, their second Masterworks Series concert of the 2019-20 season, on Sunday, November 3rd, at 4:00pm.

TACA Commits to Hold Tennessee East-West All-Star Classic in Clarksville for 4 Years

Visit Clarksville TennesseeClarksville, TN – Officials with the Tennessee Athletic Coaches Association (T.A.C.A) and Visit Clarksville have signed a new four-year contract to stage the annual Tennessee East-West All-Star Classic at Fortera Stadium on the campus of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville. The game has been played at the home of the Governors for the past two years, and the new contract solidifies the presence of the contest in Clarksville through the 2023 season.

Pageant Celebrates 20 Years in Clarksville

Visit Clarksville TennesseeClarksville, TN – Justice Enlow, Miss Belle Meade, was crowned Miss Tennessee USA 2020 Saturday, October 12th, 2019 at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. Ansley Ecker, Miss Memphis, was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2020.

The new title-holders and the runners-up received numerous prizes and scholarships.
