Clarksville, TN – Santa is already making wishes come true this year! Due to popular demand, Planters Bank Presents… a second screening of some of our upcoming holiday favorites at the Roxy Regional Theatre!
Previously sold out at our regular Friday evening screening, Robert Zemeckis’ computer-animated adventure “The Polar Express” will now also be shown on Saturday, December 12th, 2020 at 2:00pm.
Clarksville brewery aims to raise funds for local nonprofits through ‘Ale-truism’

King’s Bluff Brewery is donating a portion of proceeds to Habitat for Humanity and other local nonprofits.
Clarksville, TN – Thanks to the generosity of King’s Bluff Brewery (KBB), Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, TN will now benefit from funds raised by a new beer on tap at the local gathering spot.
The new brew, known as the Hometown Honey Golden Ale, is part of KBB’s ‘Ale-truism’ program.

Planters Bank Presents… “The Nightmare Before Christmas” at the Roxy Regional Theatre, Friday

Clarksville, TN – This Friday, November 20th, 2020, “Sandy Claws” is coming to town early this season when Planters Bank Presents… Tim Burton’s classic and delightfully creepy stop-motion animated musical “The Nighmare Before Christmas” at the Roxy Regional Theatre at 7:00pm.
Tickets are already going quickly for this darkly comic favorite following the misadventures of Jack Skellington, Halloweentown’s beloved pumpkin king, who has become bored with the same annual routine of frightening people.
Austin Peay State University ROTC student Zachary Labas has deployed Five Times

Clarksville, TN – The Austin Peay State University (APSU) ROTC program this fall has 37 veteran soldiers, and each brings professional, tactical and technical knowledge and experience to their fellow cadets.
Zachary Labas, a senior at APSU, is one of the 37 veteran soldiers in the program. He is also the ROTC’s battalion commander (top-ranking cadet) this fall.

Customs House Museum and Cultural Center starts Winter set of Art Exhibitions

Clarksville, TN – The Customs House Museum and Cultural Center has several new art exhibits coming to the galleries this winter. Visitors will be pleasantly surprised by the wide range of themes, mediums and style showcased in the shows.
Anne Goetze, portrait artist Chantel Barber and many Tennessee-based watercolor artists will all be featured in the upcoming months.
APSU alum Jeffery Gray competing in Food Network’s “Holiday Baking Championship”
