In this sequel to the two Lampoon Vacation flicks, the Griswold family host their dysfunctional relatives for the holiday as Clark Griswold (Chevy Chase) contends with spontaneously combusting Christmas lights and temperamental trees while anticipating the arrival of his annual bonus.

APSU announces winners of 2020 Zone 3 First Book Award in Poetry

Clarksville, TN – The Austin Peay State University (APSU) Zone 3 Press recently announced the co-winners of its 2020 First Book award in Poetry.
Judge Paige Lewis selected East Walnut Hills: A Gothic Epic by Emily Spencer and For Daughters Who Walk Out Like Sons by Komal Mathew. The books will be published in fall 2021.

Tennessee Honors Clarksville’s Roxy Regional Theatre, Charlie Cushman with “Tennessee Music Pathways” Markers

Clarksville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Tourist Development and Visit Clarksville honored the Roxy Regional Theatre and Grammy award winning banjoist Charlie Cushman in his hometown with the unveiling of “Tennessee Music Pathways” markers.
Local and state leaders, Roxy supporters and the Cushman family gathered in two ceremonies to mark the special commemorations on Thursday, November 19th, 2020.

CMCCHF commits $3 million for the new APSU Health Professions Building

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Community Health Foundation (CMCCHF) recently committed to a gift of $3 million to the Austin Peay State University Foundation. The gift will be used exclusively to establish the CMC Community Health Foundation Equipment & Building Fund with the APSU Foundation, to support the Health Professions Building and additional equipment needs.
