The cave and its surrounding 110 acres have considerable scenic, natural and historical significance. The entrance offered shelter to prehistoric Native Americans as far back as 10,000 years.

Dunbar Cave State Natural Area will present many nature programs this summer. There are programs for children and adults.

F&M Investment Services - Raymond James - Clarksville, TNClarksville, TN – GDP growth was revised to a -2.9% annual rate in the third estimate for 1Q14 (vs. -1.0% in the 2nd estimate and +0.1% in the advance estimate).

Prior estimates showed that a slower rate of inventory accumulation and a wider trade deficit subtracted considerably from overall growth – the third estimate showed a somewhat larger subtraction of 3.2 percentage points from the headline GDP growth figure (Domestic Final Sales, GDP less net exports and the change in inventories, rose at a 0.3% annual rate).

Parking along road yellow median no longer allowed at Clarksville Downtown Market

Clarksville Downtown MarketClarksville, TN – Beginning this week at the Clarksville Downtown Market on Public Square we will no longer be allowing customers that come to the market to park along the yellow median on the road.

Signs will be posted stating to not park along that area and the police will begin ticketing individuals that park there.

This has become a safety concern over the past few weeks with a few incidences that have taken place.
