Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks & Recreation Department keeps the summer fun rolling on with the second Party in the Park event this Saturday, July 23rd, at the Heritage Park Skate Park, located at 1241 Peachers Mill Road.
Liberty Park Boat Ramp to open additional hours

Clarksville, TN – The new, four-lane boat ramp and two boat docks at Liberty Park will now be open longer. Beginning July 22nd, boaters will be able to access the ramps and docks on Friday afternoons from 2:00pm until dusk.
Select City Pools to remain open through Labor Day Weekend

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation is extending the season of two of the five City pools this summer. Beachaven Pool and New Providence Pool will remain open Friday evenings, as well as Saturdays and Sundays through September 4th.

Jammin’ in the Alley Concert Series to feature first-ever “Night Market”

Clarksville, TN – On Friday, July 15th, the Clarksville Downtown Market will hold its first-ever “Night Market” in conjunction with the City of Clarksville and U.S. Bank’s popular summer concert series Jammin’ in the Alley.
More than a dozen vendors from Clarksville’s weekly Downtown Market will be set up along Strawberry Alley from 5:00pm to 8:00pm selling a variety of homegrown and homemade items.
Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Summer Youth Program winds up with big events

Summer Youth Program participants and their families will enjoy an outdoor showing of the movie, “Despicable Me” at Heritage Park, located at 1241 Peachers Mill Road. Since 1985, America has celebrated July as the nation’s official Park and Recreation Month. Liberty Park Boaters Urged to Exercise Caution

Clarksville, TN – As the Clarksville Parks & Recreation Department extends the hours of the new Liberty Park boating access this Fourth of July Weekend, patrons are urged to be cautious entering and exiting the park because of ongoing construction.
Please be aware of the continuing work at various parts of the park and yield to construction equipment traffic.
