Clarksville Parks and Recreation Facilities’ Hours to Change in Observance of November Holidays

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s three community centers will adjust their hours of operation this November to accommodate students in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and their holiday schedule.
The Kleeman, Crow and Burt-Cobb Centers will be open from 10:00am to 7:00pm Tuesday, November 6th and Monday, November 12th as students will be out of school for Election Day and Veterans Day. [Read more]

Clarksville, TN – Due to inclement weather, the Movies in the Park event scheduled for September 1st, 2012 at Heritage Park Soccer fields was cancelled and was rescheduled for Saturday, October 20th, 2012.
The event will feature two movies from the 80’s, “The Princess Bride” followed by “The Goonies” – both movies are rated PG.
Halloween fun for the family at Kleeman Community Center’s Creepy Carnival October 26th

Clarksville Parks and Recreation Facility Hours Change for Fall Break Fun

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s three community centers and Indoor Aquatic Center at New Providence will adjust their hours of operation for CMCSS Fall Break. From October 8th-12th, all three community centers will be open from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
The Indoor Aquatic Center will remain open from 7:00am to 8:00pm. All facilities will resume normal operating hours on Saturday, October 13th. [Read more]
Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department receives eight Tennessee Recreation and Parks Association awards

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department received a total of eight awards from the Tennessee Recreation and Parks Association at this year’s state convention held in Knoxville, Tennessee.
