USAA achieves Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certification

Montgomery County, TN – The USAA Financial Center in Clarksville is the latest organization to become Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certified.
Chamber of Commerce Director Melinda Shepard, Military Affairs Coordinator Yvonne Pickerling, Clarksville Chief of Staff Bill Harpel and Montgomery County Public Information Officer Elizabeth Black attended their green ribbon cutting to congratulate USAA on earning their certification.

Montgomery County, TN – The Clarksville Association of Realtors (CAR) recently celebrated becoming a Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certified organization.
Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett, City of Clarksville Chief of Administration Bill Harpel and Chamber of Commerce President Melinda Shepherd were on hand to congratulate CAR.

Montgomery County, TN – The latest business to host a Green Ribbon Cutting for becoming Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certified is Publix.
Montgomery County Mayor Carolyn Bowers, Clarksville Chief of Administration Bill Harpel, on behalf of Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan, executive director of the Chamber of Commerce Melinda Shepard, and Publix District Manager David Fulmer were there to congratulate the Clarksville Publix stores for their work.

Montgomery County, TN – The latest business to celebrate their Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certification is Budweiser of Clarksville, owned by the Hand family of Clarksville.
Charles Hand, Chairman of the Board of Hand Family Companies, has a history of taking care of the environment. For decades, Hand has been doing his part to keep our community clean. His actions carried over to his family businesses when the Company began participating in the Adopt-A-Highway Program in the early 1990s, and the efforts have been growing ever since.
