Clarksville Parks and Recreation kicks off Youth Recreation League registration
February 4, 2011
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation will kick off Youth Recreation League registration February 7th, 2011, that will continue through April 1st, 2011. Youth League has added a 13-14 division and is now open to children ages 5-14.
Youth League also includes a BlastBall League for children ages 3-4. BlastBall teaches toddlers the fundamentals of baseball and softball using a fun, honking base! [Read more]

Santa visits Community Centers
December 10, 2010
Clarksville, TN – The Burt-Cobb and Kleeman Community Centers will each be visited by Santa this holiday season. Families are welcome to take photos of their children as they visit Santa, enjoy snacks and games, all at no cost.
Santa will be making his appearance at the Burt-Cobb Center December 13th from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Festivities at the Kleeman Center will take place from 6:00pm-7:00pm on December 14th.

Community Centers’ Hours to Change for Fall Break
October 9, 2010
Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s three community centers will adjust their hours of operation for CMCSS Fall Break. From October 11th-15th, the community centers will be open from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
Nothing to do this Fall Break? Head over to any of our three community centers for some FUN! Crow Community Center located at 211 Richview Road will begin offering two archery classes for youth grades 4-12. A beginner class will be held from 4:00pm-5:00pm and an advanced class will be from 5:00pm-6:00pm. The four week session will begin October 7th and the cost is $10.00 per student. [Read more]
