Clarksville, TN – The Saint Thomas Health Our Mission in Motion Mobile Mammography Coach was at the Hilltop Supermarket’s parking lot Saturday, March 23rd.
“Bringing in the Mobile Mammography Coach is just another way for us to help our local community,” said Hilltop Supermarket manager Mike Jackson. “A lot of women do not have the time to take off from work to have this done. This bus makes it quicker and easier for them.”

Survivor Spa Day Celebrates Breast Cancer Survivors with the YMCA’s ABC (After Breast Cancer) Program
Clarksville, TN – Miller-Motte Technical College and the Clarksville YMCA’s ABC (After Breast Cancer) Program are working together to celebrate the community’s breast cancer survivors.
The month of October is breast cancer awareness month and ABC has participated in several events honoring the program’s participants during October.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Roller Derby’s Red River Sirens present “The Booby Trap: Danger is abreast!”, our last competitive Home Bout of this Season. The Red River Sirens will be taking on Cape Girardeau Roller Girls in our breast cancer awareness theme, on Saturday, October 20th at Magic Wheels, 1671 Fort Campbell Boulevard.

Montgomery Central High School Cheerleaders to host Cheer for a Cure 5K Breast Cancer Walk/run

Cunningham, TN – The Montgomery Central Cheerleaders will be hosting a 5K Walk/Run at Montgomery Central High School beginning at 9:00 am on September 29th, 2012.
All proceeds (100%) collected from registration, apparel sales, and donations go directly to Stella Bertz Cheer For A Cure®. Through the Cheer For A Cure events held across the country, the organization has been able to fund research and programs that are helping in the fight against cancer, while promoting youth leadership and athletics. Customs House Museum continues the Celebration of Women’s History Month

Austin Peay State University Breast Cancer Awareness 5K planned

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University’s Wilbur N. Daniel African American Cultural Center, University Recreation and APSU Athletics will have the Breast Cancer Awareness 5K on February 18th, with all proceeds going to the Kay Yow Fund.
