Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation invites you to come out Saturday, July 27th, to Heritage Park for Movies in the Park, featuring the animated hit, “Brave,” which is rated PG.
“Brave” is about Princess Merida defying a custom that ends up bringing chaos to her kingdom. Merida uses her archery skills and bravery to undo the curse.
Clarksville Parks and Recreation announces that all Minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian at Movies in the Park this Saturday

Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Movies in the Park draws large crowd at Liberty Park

Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, June 29th, Clarksville Parks and Recreation hosted Movies in the Park at Liberty Park for the first time. The movie for the night was “Lincoln” rated PG-13 and it drew a huge crowd to the park.
Abraham Lincoln made and appearance with his wife, Mary Todd Lincoln. They greeted everyone that passed by and posed for pictures with attendees.

The movie “Lincoln” is about the America’s president struggles with continuing the civil war and his battles with own cabinet.

Movies in the Park 2013 season to kick off May 4th

Clarksville, TN – Movies in the Park, the free outdoor movie series, will kick off its eighth season, Saturday, May 4th at the Heritage Park Soccer fields with the popular animated film, “Brave” – which is rated PG.
New this year to Movies in the Park- an added venue! The first half of the movie showings will take place at the Heritage Park Soccer fields with the second half taking place at the new outdoor amphitheater at Liberty Park.
