Customs House Museum & Cultural CenterClarksville, TN – The Crouch Gallery at the Customs House Museum & Cultural Center is loaded packed with nostalgia, art, and artifacts of baseball. The exhibit, titled Batter Up! Celebrating America’s Pastime, features items from the Museum’s collection, the art of Chris Felix, and memorabilia from private collectors.

One gem in the show includes a 1927 World Series game ball signed by the Washington Senators, including local legend Hod Lisenbee and several Baseball Hall of Famers, including Goose Goslin, Tris Speaker, and Sam Rice.

Clarksville Travel Ball hosts Cumberland Bank & Trust Memorial Tournament this weekend at RichEllen Park

Clarksville Travel BallClarksville, TN – This weekend, May 28th and 29th, USSSA baseball presents the Cumberland Bank & Trust Memorial Tournament. Teams from Tennessee and Kentucky will be playing on Saturday and Sunday at RichEllen Park.

Pool schedules will be posted on the USSSA website by Thursday morning. We will also post the schedule on FaceBook for your convenience.

We encourage everyone to come out this weekend for some great baseball from our 10U – 12U age groups.

Registration set to begin for Clarksville Parks and Recreation Youth Recreation Leagues

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – Registration is set to kick off February 2nd for the Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Youth Recreation Leagues. Participants can register through March 27th at any of our community centers, the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Main office as well as online at recpro.cityofclarksville.com.

The baseball, softball and t-ball league is open to youth ages 5 to 14. Birth certificates are required at registration to verify the child’s age.
