APSU graduate programs set record enrollment for Fall 2020

Clarksville, TN – For the third year in a row, the Austin Peay State University (APSU) College of Graduate Studies has set an enrollment record, with more than 1,180 students signing up this fall for master- and doctoral-level classes.

Austin State University announces record number of degrees awarded last year at APSU Board Meeting

Clarksville, TN – Last year, Austin Peay State University (APSU) awarded more degrees than at any other time in the institution’s 93-year history.
During Austin Peay State University’s September 18th, 2020 APSU Board of Trustees meeting, Dr. Maria Cronley, provost and senior vice president of academic affairs, shared this and other good news about the University’s progress over the last several years.

APSU’s esports team expanding quickly after first year on campus

Clarksville, TN – Last September, Ranked-Up Esports President Austin Stewart expected 13 or 14 Austin Peay State University (APSU) students to show up at the team’s first-ever interest meeting. More than 80 people showed up.
“We were blown away,” Stewart, a business senior, said. “We had 10 pizzas, and we quickly ran out of those.”

Austin Peay State University art alumni Khari Turner catches eye of Hulu, Zendaya, The Roots

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University (APSU) art alum Khari Turner has had a summer he won’t soon forget.
He was one of 10 featured Black artists during Hulu’s Woke Art Fest on September 14th, 2020 spending an hour taking viewers on Hulu’s Instagram TV through his art process and New York City studio.
