Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s Fort Defiance Interpretive Center, located at 120 Duncan Street, is excited to present “Sevier Days,” an 18th century, pre-Civil War event from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Friday, September 14th, 2018 (school groups only) and 10:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday, September 15th (open to the public).

Dunbar Cave State Park to hold Native American History Program Saturday, June 22nd

Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, June 22nd, the Dunbar Cave State Natural Area will be hold a presentation about Native American History and Artifacts of Middle Tennessee. This free program will start at 10:00am and will be over at 12:00pm.
The entrance of Dunbar Cave offered shelter to prehistoric Native Americans as far back as 10,000 years.
