Clarksville, TN – The 34th Annual Percussion Ensemble Halloween Concert at Austin Peay State University (APSU) is going to be the greatest show ever! Guaranteed! The greatest show ever!
The concert opens with “The Greatest Show” and “Never Enough” from the movie “The Greatest Showman” and features Allison Steinquest and the Oddities on vocals.
APSU alumnus Cory Schantz to perform Guest Artist Recital on February 8th

Clarksville, TN – The Austin Peay State University Music Department will present baritone Cory Schantz in a Guest Artist Recital on Thursday, February 8th, 2018 at 7:30pm in the George and Sharon Mabry Concert Hall.
The concert, which is free and open to the public, will include songs and arias by Mozart, Korngold and Ibert, as well as a new song cycle, “Songs of Experience,” by American composer, Daren Hagen. He will conclude the program with well-known selections from “The Man of La Mancha.”

Clarksville, TN – Gateway Chamber Orchestra proudly presents Enchanting Tales, 4:00pm, February 7th, 2016, in Mabry Concert Hall, located at Austin Peay State University. The Sunday afternoon concert spotlights award-winning composer Jeffrey Wood’s world premiere of Different Bodies.
The performance opens with Rossini’s charming Il signor Bruschino Overture, taking the audience through a full spectrum of contrasting musical fables and emotional tales, concluding with Maurice Ravel’s popular Mother Goose, a magical work that tells the story of Sleeping Beauty and other fairy tales.

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is engaging in an exciting new Group Tour program that enhances local tourism, while at the same time providing amazing entertainment options for local residents right here at home.
A series of group tours lasting for 4 days each are planned for Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day; and are billed as “Heroes, Hometowns and Legends.” With the final tour this year being a 3 day event planned for the Christmas season billed as “God, Country, Christmas.”
