Austin Peay State University - APSUClarksville, TN – John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts teaching artist Bomani Armah stood at the front of Kenwood Middle School’s library on October 3rd with more than 60 students staring at him.

APSU’s Susan Bryant honors work of former students with new Reciprocity exhibit

Austin Peay State University - APSUClarksville, TN – In the fall of 1982, a 28-year-old photographer named Susan Bryant arrived at Austin Peay State University (APSU) as an assistant professor in the school’s Department of Art.

She was just a few years older than her students, but as she shared her passion for the art form with them, she inadvertently made several lifelong friends.
