With a clear crisp sound that blends a fusion of country, rock, and pop the band’s music has something for everyone. Strong vocals driven by a powerful beat with honest straightforward lyrics the Jon Royce Band can’t help but to stir the crowd in to a frenzy.
Wrapping up Clarksville’s 2014 Rivers and Spires Festival

Clarksville, TN – The last day of the 2014 Rivers and Spires Festival continued to be the best in memory. The weather was absolutely flawless, neither too hot nor to cold. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky throughout the entire day.
I rushed down to the Festival at 9:00am to catch the annual WJZM 1400 AM Clarksville in Review broadcast from the Festival. This usually is held at the Bill Roberts thunder road automotive tent on Franklin Street just down from the Roxy Regional Theatre. The program was already well underway when I arrived.

Clarksville, TN – The goat, a runt in terms of size, limped around a make-shift pen set up on the grounds of the Austin Peay State University Environmental Education Center, or APSU farm.
His hoof was overgrown and infected, prompting APSU adjunct professor of agriculture Bob Moore to pull out a pair of metal trimmers and clip back the gnarled, black growth as if it were simply a long fingernail.
