Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The Kleeman Community Center and the Indoor Aquatic Center will be scaring up some Halloween fun with their first-ever Spooky Spectacular on Saturday, October 12th.

The Spooky Spectacular will be open from 3:00pm to 7:00pm with a Haunted Maze and Haunted Swim following from 7:00pm to 10:00pm at both facilities, located side-by-side at 166 Cunningham Lane.

Clarksville Police Union “Clothe a Child” event Saturday

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Saturday, September 14th 2013, at the Sango Wal-Mart, at 8:00am, the Clarksville Police Union will be taking fifty under-privileged children clothes shopping. Each child will get to spend $100.00.

The children have been selected from 10 elementary schools spread throughout Montgomery County. The event will last no more than (1) one hour. Detective Tyler Barrett urges anyone to come out to assist and that the event should be fun for all involved.

Rivers and Spires FestivalClarksville, TN – The American Bus Association (ABA) recently announced that the Rivers & Spires Festival, to be held April 24th-26th, 2014 in Clarksville, Tennessee, has been named as one of the Top 100 Events in North America for 2014.

According to ABA, inclusion in the Top 100 list, published as a supplement to the September/October issue of Destinations magazine, indicates that Rivers & Spires offers excellent entertainment value to both tour groups and individual travelers from around the world.
