    An Evening With The ArtistClarksville, TN – River City Clay had the opportunity to host a fundraiser for Empty Bowls on November 26th, 2022. This event showcased work by local photographer Tony Centonze along with a silent auction. The silent auction allowed Clarksville photographers and businesses to help with the fundraiser.

    River City Clay will be joining other Downtown Clarksville businesses in the monthly First Thursday Art Walk. Their first show, featuring photography by Tony Centonze, will be on Thursday, December 1st.

    Customs House Museum and Cultural Center celebrates Art of Clarksville Collection

    Customs House Museum & Cultural CenterClarksville, TN – On Thursday, September 15th, 2022 local Clarksvillians gathered to celebrate history being made in the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center. James T Mann formed a collection of local artists from over the years. 

    This exhibit will be on display until October 26th at the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center.

    “This collection today celebrates one person’s dedication to assembling local artwork that is Clarksville’s themed. This happened beginning in the early 1980s until 2005 and Jim Mann was responsible for making this happen today,” Frank Lott mentioned.

    CDE Lightband’s F2CON gaming tournament was a big hit with everyone

    CDE Lightband's F2ConClarksville, TN – On Friday and Saturday, September 9th and 10th, F2CON, powered by CDE Lightband, was held at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center at Liberty Park.

    F2CON is a gaming tournament hosted here in Clarksville. For just $5.00, you were able to enter and play at F2CON. This year was the first time the event has been held since the pandemic.

    F2CON isn’t just an event for the youth to come out and play but a way for them to win prizes. Prizes for the participants ranged from trophies to cash prizes. Fifty dollars allowed players to enter the tournaments and five dollars gained access to free play.

    Beatles vs. Stones rocks Downtown @ Sundown

    Downtown @Sundown Concert Series at Downtown Commons.Clarksville, TN – This past Friday at Downtown @ Sundown was an experience of a lifetime. The Beatles vs. Stones greatest hits was an amazing performance.

    Only one thing could make this night even better. Which is… finding out “which band is better!”

    The Beatles versus The Rolling Stones played the greatest hits from “Can’t Buy me love” to “Time Is On My Side” keeping the crowd cheering and wanting more!
