Fort Campbell Welcomes Home the Last of the 4th Brigade Combat Team
Fort Campbell, KY – The never ending cycling of soldiers between the battlefield to the home front and vise versa continued Wednesday evening with the return of the final flight of 105 soldiers from the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Currahees) who returned up early Saturday morning.
This deployment was scheduled to be nine months, a good portion of our brigade about 2000 soldiers returned back at the 6-7 month mark. These soldiers returning today Easy Company of the 2nd/506th Infantry Regiment of the HBO Band of Brothers fame. They were contacting a TA Uplift Mission, or a Train, Assist, and Advise Uplift Mission. Easy company was selected because they finished their mission ahead of schedule out of FOB Salerno in the Khost Province of Afghanistan.” said Major Kamil Sztalkoper, 4th Brigade Combat Team Public Affairs

Clarksville Business and Community representatives gather to celebrate White Castle reopening
Clarksville, TN – It was a celebration at White Castle on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard yesterday as City and County officials along with representatives from the Clarksville-Area Chamber of Commerce joined with company representatives to celebrate the completion of the five-month long rebuilding and expansion of their only local restaurant.
The new White Castle, located at 3060 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, will open to the general public on Sunday, January 26th, at 9:00am, and replaces an older building originally built in 1999.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville’s 2nd Annual Chocolate Affair, scheduled to take place Saturday, February 8th at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center has sold out again!
After last year’s sold out event, a second event time was added to allow for an additional 100 tickets to be sold– in all 600 tickets were sold!
APSU hosts 9th Annual Career Networking Event on February 19th
