“Pay it Forward” service project to come to Fort Defiance

Clarksville, TN – Thirty-five college students from various universities will be staying at the Kleeman Community Center this evening to gear up for the “Pay it Forward” service project that will take place tomorrow, March 16th, from 8:00am until 12:00pm at the Fort Defiance Civil War Park and Interpretive Center.

The students will be doing a range of improvements at the Fort, including cleanup and beautification projects, in preparation for the Fort Defiance Grand Opening weekend to be held April 9th.
