Healthy Steps to Freedom

Clarksville, TN – Restore Ministries of the YMCA is once again offering this 8-week group open to the whole community. This group provides accountability and support for women looking to start or re-start a balanced, healthy lifestyle initiative.

By combining small group discussion with a variety of entry-level workouts, participants address underlying causes of food and body image issues while working through challenges such as:

• Over-eating
• Emotional eating
• Restrictive eating
• Eating disorders
• Obsessive exercising
• And other destructive habits

Take the Healthy Steps to find a balance in spirit, mind and body!

Healthy Steps to Freedom meets at the Clarksville Area YMCA on Mondays, January 10th – February 28th from 6:30pm–8:30pm. $85.00 for YMCA members, $115.00 for non-members. Cost includes all eight weeks and class materials. Financial assistance is available.
