Marina Groundbreaking Ceremony – Part 1

Mayor Johnny Piper and City officials held the ground breaking ceremony on the new Marina and Redeveloped Fairgrounds Park on July 16 2009 at 10:00 a.m. The public was invited and refreshments were available to guest.
