The application deadline is February 15th.<\/p>\n<p>A determination should be made as to who the housing recipient will be by March 1st. Applications can be downloaded from <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.leaporg.net\" >www.leaporg.net<\/a> or picked up from the Emmanuel Family Life Center located at 303 Fairview Lane.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Completed applications can either be faxed to 931.274.0929 or delivered to the Emmanuel Family Life Center<\/p>\n<p>Under the Emergency\/Transitional Housing Program, eligible applicants must be considered low income by HUD standards and be a single parent household.
