That left the group with the opportunity to reconfigure the open position into a staff member who would be dedicated to the hiring of quality teachers and school administrators.<\/p>\n<p>Phyllis Casebolt, who has served as principal at Clarksville High for the past three years, will begin her duties this month as Director of Educator Quality.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_103032\" style=\"width: 490px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Jeanine-Chester-and-Cydney-Miller.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-103032\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-103032\" title=\"(L to R) Jeanine Chester and Cydney Miller.\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Jeanine-Chester-and-Cydney-Miller-480x229.jpg\" alt=\"(L to R) Jeanine Chester and Cydney Miller.\" width=\"480\" height=\"229\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-103032\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(L to R) Jeanine Chester and Cydney Miller.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more-->&#8220;I am honored and humbled to be selected as the Director of Educator Quality. Serving the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System as an advocate for recruiting, selecting and retaining quality teachers, is truly a calling,\u201d Mrs. Casebolt said. \u201cThis opportunity will empower me to positively impact the students of our district. Through my experiences as a teacher and administrator, I have witnessed the positive impact a quality teacher makes in a child&#8217;s life.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Casebolt began working in CMCSS in 1987 as an elementary teacher. She was the first principal of West Creek Middle School, and she served as assistant principal at Rossview High. Her elementary teaching experience in CMCSS was at Moore and Ringgold, and she taught at Richview Middle.
