This class integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines. Cost is $3.00 per class.<\/p>\n<p>All fitness levels are welcome, no dancing or swimming skills required.<\/p>\n<h3>Winter Gym Opens Tomorrow<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-43884 alignright\" title=\"Basketball\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/basketball-200x200.gif\" alt=\"Basketball\" width=\"144\" height=\"144\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Every year, the Parks &amp; Recreation Department and the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System partner to provide a free winter gymnasium program for recreational basketball free play.<\/p>\n<p>The program is offered Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at Byrns-Darden Elementary School Gymnasium from 6:00pm \u2013 9:00pm from November 7th, 2011 through March 30th, 2012. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.<\/p>\n<h3>Community Thanksgiving Feast<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-55222\" title=\"Thanksgiving\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/thanksgiving-dinner-200x141.jpg\" alt=\"Thanksgiving\" width=\"180\" height=\"127\" \/>Staff at the Burt-Cobb Community Center, located at 1011 Franklin Street, will serve a free hot meal to the community from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, November 17th.<\/p>\n<p>All are welcome. Meal is served on a first come, first serve basis, up to 75 people.<\/p>\n<h3>Christmas on the Cumberland to Begin this Month<\/h3>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/IMG_4941.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-55990\" title=\"The Lighting of the 2010 Christmas on the Cumberland\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/IMG_4941-200x133.jpg\" alt=\"The Lighting of the 2010 Christmas on the Cumberland\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" \/><\/a>The Christmas on the Cumberland Grand Opening Celebration is set for November 23rd at McGregor Park. Join us at 6:30pm to watch the entire RiverWalk come to life with over one million lights! This popular Christmas on the Cumberland walk-through event will be open through January 3rd.<\/p>\n<p>Event hours are 5:00pm-10:00pm, Sunday through Thursday and 5:00pm-11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Throughout the event, there will be several weekend opportunities for children and their families to participate in family oriented activities.<\/p>\n<p>Children of all ages are sure to love Christmas on the Cumberland. Bake your favorite holiday treat and submit your entry to Ingredients, located at 100 Strawberry Alley by 5:00pm on December 4th.<\/p>\n<p>Entry fee is 5 samples for judging along with 2 dozen treats which will be donated to Manna Caf\u00e9.
