The event is free and open to the public.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>All of the postsecondary institutions occupying the Education Center, including the Austin Peay Center at Fort Campbell, will participate in the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The event will feature remarks by dignitaries and a reading of a student essay selected from a recent competition at Fort Campbell High School.
