The objects have decayed because of their ceaseless interaction with the ever-moving world around them.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning November 7th, Clarksville residents will get to explore the intimacy of these images with a new photography exhibit, \u201cThe Urban Landscape: In and Out of the Margins,\u201d which opens with a reception at 7:00pm in the Austin Peay State University Trahern Gallery. The exhibit, featuring works by such photographers as William Eggleston, Huger Foote, David Leonard and Vesna Pavlovi\u0107, runs through November 23rd.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_92878\" style=\"width: 490px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Urban-Landscapes.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-92878\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-92878\" title=\"The Urban Landscape exhibit\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Urban-Landscapes-480x318.jpg\" alt=\"The Urban Landscape exhibit\" width=\"480\" height=\"318\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-92878\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Urban Landscape exhibit<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more-->\u201cThe exhibit explores the visual experience of urban spaces through the medium of photography,\u201d Warren Greene, APSU assistant professor of art and exhibit curator, said. \u201cThrough the lenses of contemporary photographers, this assembly of work attempts to reinterpret and re-image the overlooked and often derided areas of our built environments.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Several pieces in the exhibit, which is free and open to the public, are on loan from the David Lusk Gallery in Memphis. The works are the creations of some of the most renowned photographers working today.
