The new grass is more heat tolerant and is widely used across the southern U.S.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019re looking good,\u201d Swan Lake Manager Jeff Vaughn said of the new greens.<\/p>\n<p>The 18-hole course at 581 Dunbar Cave Road will return to regular hours of 7:30am until dusk during the week and from 7:00am until dusk on weekends.<\/p>\n<p>Vaughn said Swan Lake will now reserve tee times seven days in advance, so reservations for opening day can be made as early as August 17th.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, call the golf course at 931.648.0479.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clarksville, TN &#8211; Swan Lake Golf Course will reopen to the public on August 24th, following the replacement of the course\u2019s greens.
