APSU Sports: Men’s Football<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Austin<\/em><\/span>Clarksville, TN<\/strong> – With Austin Peay State University\u2019s football season just around the corner, the Athletics Department is now taking 2011 Tailgate Alley registration forms.<\/p>\n

The Govs kick off the 2011 season with a pair of road games \u2013 September 3rd at Cincinnati and September 17th at Memphis \u2013 before the home schedule begins with a September 24th, Ohio Valley Conference game against Eastern Kentucky.<\/p>\n

Tailgate Alley, which began in 2009, is registered and reserved tailgating for Austin Peay fans, boosters and student organizations in the Summer Street lot adjacent to Governors Stadium.<\/p>\n

Space is limited with a little more than 100 spots available. Tailgate locations can be reserved for all five home games at the beginning of the season, or for each game individually. Because of space restrictions, there is a strict no-show policy in effect throughout the season.<\/p>\n
