The Humane Society of Clarksville Montgomery County will be at the entrance facing Wilma Rudolph Blvd.<\/p>\n<p>Participating charities (including the Humane Society of Clarksville Montgomery County) will be selling Belk Charity Day tickets for just $5.00 each.
