The 136th Psalms is a giving thanks Psalms. It reads in the KJV, \u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>16<\/strong> To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/p>\n<p><strong>17<\/strong> To him which smote great kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/p>\n<p><strong>18 <\/strong>And slew famous kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/p>\n<p><strong>19<\/strong> Sihon king of the Amorites: for his mercy endureth for ever:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>20<\/strong> And OG the king of Bashan: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/p>\n<p><strong>21 <\/strong>And gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/p>\n<p><strong>22<\/strong> Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/p>\n<p><strong>23<\/strong> Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/p>\n<p><strong>24<\/strong> And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/p>\n<p><strong>25<\/strong> Who giveth food to all flesh: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/p>\n<p><strong>26<\/strong> O&#8217;give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Not only does this Psalms give thanks to God, but it also paints a beautiful word picture of God.
