They will be served a nice meal and all the choral ensembles will perform, as well as soloists.&#8221;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The APSU Holiday Dinner will begin at 7:00pm on December 4th in the Morgan University Center Ballroom, and it\u2019ll feature more than 100 singers and instrumentalists performing seasonal music, such as composer Eric Whitacre\u2019s &#8220;Lux Aurumque&#8221; and a new Chanukah piece written by APSU music professor Jeffrey Wood.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019ll be a great way to start off the season with friends and family, both within the APSU community and the greater Clarksville community,&#8221; Foster said.<\/p>\n<p>More than a decade ago, APSU hosted a popular madrigal feast with singers dressed in period costumes and performing skits. This new event is more formal, with musicians dressed in evening wear rather than costumes.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets for the dinner are $50.00, but only 300 spots are available.
