Fort Campbell pumped up the  holiday with a free concert featuring four country acts.\u00a0 The  Independence Week Carnival, is presented by USAA and Morale, Welfare and  Recreation. The Headliner for the evening was Moxy Record\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/chelseafieldofficial.com\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Chelsea  Field<\/a>.
