She earned her doctorate of education at Tennessee State University, and received her Ed.S. and B.S. from Austin Peay State University. She earned a master\u2019s degree in instructional technology from California State University, San Bernadino.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_39284\" style=\"width: 338px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/Kim-Sigears.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-39284\" class=\"size-full wp-image-39284\" title=\"Dr. Kim Sigears\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/Kim-Sigears.jpg\" alt=\"Dr. Kim Sigears\" width=\"328\" height=\"431\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-39284\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Kim Sigears<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more-->She most recently served at Kenwood Middle School as assistant principal. She has been with CMCSS since 2001, having also been a teacher at Kenwood Middle and an assistant principal at Kenwood High.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the K-12 and at-risk programs coordinator is to serve schools by identifying and providing the tools, resources, \u201cbest practices\u201d and skills necessary for them to help students identified At-Risk become academically successful.<\/p>\n<p>Sigears has supervised district summer school; Read 180 at Kenwood Middle; and assisted with summer school virtual high school supervision.
