(APSU)<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Redhawks (3-2, 1-0 in the conference) qualified for the FCS playoffs last year and are coming into the game after defeating Tennessee Tech 43-37 in two overtimes last week.<\/p>\n<p>The Governors ask everyone to wear white for a White Out! That accompanies two other promotions: Monocle Society Day and Youth and Team Day. Also, arrive before the game for the Stache Street\u2019s trucks, music and inflatables.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, visit <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.letsgopeay.com\" >www.letsgopeay.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Presentation to explore &#8216;Dangers of Social Media&#8217;<\/h3>\n<p>Level 10 Technology is hosting a special presentation titled \u201cDangers of Social Media\u201d 5:00pm-7:00pm Monday, October 7th, at Austin Peay State University\u2019s Clement Auditorium.<\/p>\n<p>The event is open to the public \u2013 but especially faculty and students with minors \u2013 to explore such topics as children\u2019s online footprints, social media apps, types of human trafficking, online predators, how to keep your child safe online and monitoring software.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Representatives from the FBI and the Montgomery County District Attorney\u2019s Office will participate in the presentation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Because of the sensitivity of the topics, children younger than 18 are not permitted. A limited number of tickets are available.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To attend you must register by clicking <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/dangers-of-online-social-media-presented-by-level-10-technology-tickets-71865823613\" >here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Mental Health Awareness Week<\/h3>\n<p>Join the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee for a week of conversation and activity in the hope to break the stigma of mental health.<\/p>\n<p>[320left]The goal is to reach all students to bring awareness to mental health, provide avenues of comfort and bring the realization that it\u2019s OK not to be OK.<\/p>\n<p>Events include free popsicles at 6:00pm Tuesday\u2019s \u201cDestress Paint Converse Play\u201d at the beach volleyball courts and free wristbands at the volleyball game against Murray State on Wednesday. (APSU)<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Austin Peay State University\u2019s 10-week run of the international \u201cdo it\u201d exhibit continues at The New Gallery in the Art + Design building on campus. The exhibit runs through December 6th.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo it\u201d is a 26-year global phenomenon that is a compendium of 400 written instructions by artists interpreted anew every time they are enacted.<\/p>\n<p>[320right]The New Gallery will have 22 sets of instructions by artists such as Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Adrian Piper, Yoko Ono, Alison Knowles, Sol LeWitt, David Lynch and Joan Jonas.<\/p>\n<p>The works range from whimsical to abstract, but all are meant to provoke thought and engagement.
