Follow the screams (of delight) to an afternoon and evening of fun Halloween-themed activities.<\/p>\n<p>A costume contest will be staged at the City Hall\/US Bank parking lot. Prizes will be awarded for \u201cBest Costume\u201d in each age group and \u201cBest Group.\u201d Pre-registration is required online at <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ClarksvilleParksRec.com\" >www.ClarksvilleParksRec.com<\/a> through October 25th. Preference will be given to original costumes in all age categories. Registrants are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time to check-in.<\/p>\n<p>All costumes should be in good taste and appropriate for a family event.<\/p>\n<p>Fright on Franklin also will feature 70 trick-or-treat booths, Halloween-themed games, a hayride and more.
