Parking at the park is limited but overflow parking with a shuttle is available at Dunbar Cave Baptist Church, 300 Dunbar Cave Road.<\/p>\n<p>The festival will take place rain or shine. Pre-festival hummingbird banding will begin at 8:00am (before the festival begins).
