The mission of Hands &amp; Feet 4 Christ (a division of Manna Caf\u00e9) is to minister through the distribution of clothing and household items, without charge, to children and low-income families and individuals.<\/p>\n<h3>About Manna Caf\u00e9 Ministries<\/h3>\n<p>Manna Caf\u00e9 Ministries is a faith-based organization devoted to meeting the needs of homeless and low-income families in Montgomery County.
