\"Clarksville'sClarksville, TN<\/strong> – On Saturday, July 13th, 2019, the City of Clarksville\u2019s free outdoor movie series Movies in the Park will continue its 14th season with the showing of “Black Panther” at the Heritage Park soccer fields.<\/p>\n

Pre-show activities, coordinated by the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department, will begin at 6:30pm and include a ping pong cannon firing demonstration by Austin Peay\u2019s Bryan Gaither, lab manager for the Department of Physics, Engineering and Astronomy. Watch as plastic balls are fired more than 700 mph through cans, plywood and maybe even some fruit.<\/p>\n

Activities also include a jungle inflatable provided by U Jumpin\u2019 Foulks, and craft projects and face painting courtesy of Little Learner\u2019s University.<\/p>\n

The movie will begin promptly at 8:15pm.<\/p>\n

Patrons are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, food, and drinks. Pets and alcohol are not permitted. Kadi\u2019s Tacos Food Truck and Berry Bear Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream will be available for food and drink purchases.<\/p>\n

In the event of rain, outdoor movie screenings may have to be canceled or rescheduled.<\/p>\n
