Admission is $5.00 daily, after 3:00pm admission is $3.00. No outside food or drinks are allowed.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to a $488,000 grant from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation\u2019s Local Parks and Recreation Fund, Swan Lake pool has been renovated and improved. It now sports a kids splash area, a refurbished waterslide and a new drop slide.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the park now has ADA compliant sidewalks and restrooms, a repaved and upgraded parking lot, more perimeter lighting, and pavilions and cabanas that will be available for rental.<\/p>\n<p>Splash pads are open daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm through early September. Splash pads are available at Edith Pettus, Heritage, Dixon, and Lettie Kendall parks. Admission is free.<\/p>\n<p>Pools offer five comprehensive levels of swim lessons, plus Parent-Child, Preschool, Adult, and Adaptive. Two-week sessions are offered each month and begin June 3rd. Cost is $40.00 and registration is underway now.<\/p>\n<h3>Fitness sessions<\/h3>\n<p>Looking to get fit? New this season, Water Walking is a great aerobic and calorie burning workout held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8:30am to 9:30am at New Providence pool. The fee is $30.00 per session.<\/p>\n<p>Silver Splash, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 9:45am at Bel-Aire pool and is designed to help adults, ages 50 and up, improve agility, balance, coordination, and strength. The fee is $3.00 per class.<\/p>\n<p>Evening water aerobics class, open to adults ages 18 and up, will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 5:30pm-6:15pm at Bel-Aire pool. The fee is $35.00 per 4-week session.<\/p>\n<h3>Scuba experiences<\/h3>\n<p>Again this season, Clarksville Parks and Recreation has teamed up with Waterdogs Scuba to provide a variety of scuba experiences at Bel-Aire pool. Designed for young drivers, ages 8-12, Seal Team Scuba Camp is built around action-packed aqua missions and takes place Tuesday-Thursday, June 11th-13th, June 25th-27th, July 16th-18th or July 23rd-25th from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Fee is $299.00 per person.<\/p>\n<p>[320left]Introduce your child, ages 8-12, to scuba during the Bubblemaker Scuba Experience from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, June 6th or July 6th. The fee is $40.00 per person.<\/p>\n<p>Learn how to use scuba equipment and get a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world at Discover Scuba available from 1:00pm-4:00pm June 1st, June 15th, July 6th or July 20th. The fee is $40.00 and is open to ages 10 and up. Pre-registration is required.<\/p>\n<h3>Party rentals<\/h3>\n<p>Looking for a unique location for your next party or gathering? Clarksville Parks and Recreation is excited to offer pool party packages during public swim times. Party packages cost $10.00 per person and include two hours of free swim, pizza, juice box, and an ice cream cup per person. Book online now at <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.CityofClarksville.com\/ParksRec\" >www.CityofClarksville.com\/ParksRec<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The pools also feature a variety of events throughout the season:<\/p>\n<h3>Beat the Heat Pool Party<\/h3>\n<p>Cool off with swimming, refreshments, and fun from 6:00pm-8:00pm Saturday, June 8th at Bel-Aire, New Providence, Beachaven and Swan Lake pools. The fee is free for pool members or $6.00 per person for non-members. Pre-registration is required by May 25th to guarantee the meal package.<\/p>\n<h3>Back to School Splash<\/h3>\n<p>Students are invited to enjoy our low-cost pool party from 6:00pm-8:00pm Saturday, August 3rd at Beachaven, New Providence or Swan Lake pools, where they will receive a backpack full of grade-appropriate school supplies. The fee is $6.00 per person.
