Hailed for its \u201cclockwork-like precision,\u201d and its \u201cperpetual velocity and quiet virtuosity,\u201d <em>30 Minutes and Counting: Back<\/em> evoked references to the popular television series <em>The Handmaid\u2019s Tale<\/em> for the panel of adjudicators.
