Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department<\/h2>\n

\"ClarksvilleClarksville, TN<\/strong> – Clarksville Parks and Recreation and CDE Lightband announced the winners of the Clarksville Film Festival at a public screening Saturday, March 9th, 2019 at the Roxy Regional Theatre in downtown Clarksville.<\/p>\n

First Place winners Time Warp, Paradise Pictures<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Last month, nine teams were given 52 hours to script, shoot, and produce a 4-7 minute film using predetermined lines and props.<\/p>\n

Films were judged by experts in the film industry, shown during a public screening, and the top teams were awarded cash prizes.<\/p>\n
