Learn about the importance of proper footwear, hydration, pacing strategies and more. This program is held from 5:30pm to 6:30pm Monday through Wednesday from March 11th to April 24th at Crow Recreation Center.<\/p>\n<p>The cost is $40.00 and pre-registration is required. All skill levels are welcome.<\/p>\n<h3>Donuts with Dad<\/h3>\n<p>This new program is a great opportunity for children to spend quality time with their dad or an important figure in their life. It will encourage bonding in a lighthearted and fun environment. Families will enjoy donuts, story time and make a craft. This program is from 10:00am to 11:00am each Saturday in March at Crow Recreation Center.<\/p>\n<p>The cost is $5.00 per child\/dad pair each Saturday. Pre-registration is required.<\/p>\n<h3>Benefits of Composting<\/h3>\n<p>Learn more about composting and its benefits from City Forester Katherine Killebrew from 10:00am to noon Saturday, March 16th at Crow Recreation Center.<\/p>\n<p>The cost is $3.00 and pre-registration is required.<\/p>\n<h3>Community Flea Market<\/h3>\n<p>Calling all bargain hunters! Shop new and used items from local vendors from 8:00am to 1:00pm Saturday, March 16th at Burt-Cobb Recreation Center. Bring a friend, admission is free.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[320center]<\/p>\n<h3>Catch Me If You Can<\/h3>\n<p>Youth, ages 8-14, are taught the proper techniques of stretching, running, striding and arm movement by a certified track and field coach. Participants will work toward a running goal and progress will be measured through relays and timed runs.
