The concert will also feature Tchaikovsky\u2019s \u201cCapriccio Italien.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The evening\u2019s centerpiece performance, \u201cMissa Solemnis in C,\u201d was written by Mozart in 1780, representing the last mass the famed composer ever completed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am thrilled that our student singers are collaborating with the orchestra to perform Mozart\u2019s \u2018Missa Solemnis\u2019 for the greater Clarksville Community,\u201d Dr. Korre Foster, associate professor of music, said. \u201cChamber Singers has spent much time in preparing music for alumni events, tour and our annual Holiday Dinner. It is great for them to experience choral-orchestral music of the classical style.
