This is just off Dunlop Lane and Holiday Drive and only a few minutes east of Governor\u2019s Square mall.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting begins at 7:00pm and is always open to the public. As an officer in the Army of the Cumberland, Colburn served in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Kentucky.<\/p>\n<p>Drawn from her book on Quartermaster Captain Webster Colburn, she will speak about how he struggled to hold on to his humane and merciful character while surrounded by death and disgust.
