Parents are reminded that registration numbers are limited for all camps, so register early.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is available online at <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.CityofClarksville.com\/ParksRec\" >www.CityofClarksville.com\/ParksRec<\/a> or in person at the Clarksville Parks and Recreation office, recreation centers and pools.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Summer-Youth-Program-Banner.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-174456 size-medium\" title=\"Summer Youth Program \" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Summer-Youth-Program-Banner-480x360.jpg\" alt=\"Summer Youth Program\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Summer Youth Program<\/h3>\n<p>The Summer Youth Program is a fun and rewarding summer camp experience offered for children 6-15. This free six-week program is Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, June 4th-July 13th. Fifteen locations around Clarksville are used, including school gymnasiums, City recreation centers and Housing Authority sites.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that each site is designated for a specific age group. Daily activities at each site are age specific and include games and sports, arts and crafts, visits to City pools, and other enrichment activities. Pre-registration is required.<\/p>\n<h3>New! Seal Team Scuba Camp<\/h3>\n<p>Clarksville Parks and Recreation has partnered with Waterdogs Scuba to offer a new camp designed for young divers. Youths 8-12 will learn the basics of diving and scuba skills while completing action-packed Aqua Missions. Camp is from 1:00pm-5:00pm at Bel-Aire Pool, 124 Marie Drive. Choose from two sessions: June 5th-7th or July 17th-19th.<\/p>\n<p>Fee is $299.00. Pre-registration is required.<\/p>\n<h3>Tennis Day Camp<\/h3>\n<p>Youths 6-15 can learn the basics of tennis with a six-week instruction camp at Swan Lake Sports Complex, 2002 Sanders Road, June 4th to July 12th. Fee is $50.00. Pre-registration is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ages 6-8<\/strong><br \/>\nMondays and Wednesdays, 8:00am-9:00am<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ages 9-10<\/strong><br \/>\nMondays and Wednesdays, 9:00am-10:00am<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ages 11-12<\/strong><br \/>\nTuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00am-9:30am<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ages 13-15<\/strong><br \/>\nTuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am-11:00am<\/p>\n<h3>Summer Playhouse<\/h3>\n<p>The Roxy Regional Theatre hosts a fun six-week theater workshop sponsored by the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department from 1:00pm-3:00pm Monday-Thursday, June 4th to July 12th at the Roxy Regional Theatre. Boys and girls 8-18 will love learning about the theater, the fundamentals of acting, and participating in a special performance.<\/p>\n<p>Fee is $40.00. Pre-registration is required.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[320center]<\/p>\n<h3>Civil War Day Camp<\/h3>\n<p>Youths 10-13 are invited to learn about the Civil War period in Middle Tennessee during our Civil War Day Camp. The camp is from 8:00am to noon Monday-Friday, June 11th-15th at Fort Defiance Interpretive Center, 120 Duncan Street. Fee is $75.00. Pre-registration is required.<\/p>\n<h3>Summer Tumbling Day Camp<\/h3>\n<p>Campers 10-15 can learn to roll, flip and turn from 9:00am-11:30am Monday-Thursday, June 11th-14th, July 9th-12th, or July 16th-19th at American Twisters Tumbling, 438 Kelly Lane. Fee is $40.00.
