A full list of Parks and Recreation programs and activities is available at <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cityofclarksville.com\/parksrec\" >www.cityofclarksville.com\/parksrec<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The bus routes also offer access to the public library, the Roxy Theatre, the Customs House Museum, historical sites and special events.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe program will provide free and safe rides to help our youth to have a fun and productive summer,\u201d CTS Director Arthur Bing said.&nbsp; \u201cThis will give all youth, despite their means, opportunities to partake in jobs and the large number of city programs geared for them &#8212;&nbsp; opportunities that they would not be able to access if&nbsp; they did not have transportation.
