The next float is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 17th.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will float approximately 2 miles on the West Fork Red River from Robert Clark Park to Billy Dunlop Park. Canoes and kayaks must be dropped off by 7:30am at Robert Clark Park.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Canoe-Float-September-17th.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-355731\" title=\"Canoe + Float - September 17th\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Canoe-Float-September-17th-480x360.jpg\" alt=\"Canoe + Float - September 17th\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><!--more-->Participants will then drive to Billy Dunlop Park, where transportation will be provided back to the float starting point at Robert Clark Park.<\/p>\n<p>Participants can expect to be on the water by 8:00am.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-registration is required and available online at <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cityofclarksville.com\/parksrec\" >www.cityofclarksville.com\/parksrec<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Participants will need to have their own canoe\/kayak &amp; life jacket and the float is FREE of charge. Life jackets must be worn at all times.<\/p>\n<p>Need equipment?
