\"BFSClarksville, TN<\/strong> – BFS Insurance Group has been designated as one of the top independent insurance agencies in the United States in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA or the Big \u201cI\u201d) \u201cBest Practices\u201d Study Group for 2016.<\/p>\n

Every year, IIABA and Reagan Consulting, an Atlanta-based management consulting firm, join forces to study the country\u2019s leading agencies in six revenue categories. The agencies are selected through a comprehensive nomination and qualifying process and submit extensive financial and operational data for review.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very proud of this recognition and realize it is reflective of the outstanding efforts of our entire staff every day\u201d, said David Fish, BFS Insurance Group, Managing Partner.<\/p>\n

More than 1,800 agencies in the U.S. were nominated to participate in the study, but only 254 agencies qualified for the honor. To be chosen, the agency had to be among the 35-45 top-performing agencies in one of six revenue categories. BFS Insurance Group was nominated by either an IIABA affiliated state association or an insurance company and qualified based on outstanding customer retention, growth, stability and financial management.<\/p>\n

The Best Practices Study was initiated by IIABA in 1993 as the foundation for efforts to improve agency performance. The annual study of leading independent insurance agencies, which is conducted for IIABA by Reagan Consulting of Atlanta, Ga., documents the business practices of these high performance agencies and urges others to adopt similar practices.<\/p>\n
