Clarksville Parks and Recreation is hosting a cleanup at Robert Clark Park, located at 1449 Tiny Town Road, on Sunday, April 24th from 8:00am to 10:00am.<\/p>\n

Our trails need constant maintenance, but to make it more fun, we schedule volunteer maintenance days throughout the year to keep them in shape.<\/p>\n

We hope you can join us in helping keep the city’s trails beautiful!<\/p>\n

Groups as well as individuals are welcome to participate.<\/p>\n

To pre-register for the Trail Cleanup, visit www.cityofclarksville.com\/parksrec<\/a><\/p>\n

However, pre-registration is not necessary to participate in this opportunity, walk-ups are welcomed! Trash bags will be provided but participants may want to bring their own gloves.<\/p>\n

The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of recreational facilities and activities for all ages, maintains more than 700 acres of parks and facilities, provides 22 park facilities that offer a variety of amenities, including playgrounds, picnic areas, walking trails and pavilions or picnic shelters and maintains three community centers with year-round programming for youth, adults and seniors, as well as four public swimming pools<\/p>\n
